I've used 2 bottles of ostazol in 1 year. I take 2 caps before training and 1 cap about 30min in. Results have been very positive, pumps and more energy in the gym, while my recovery is faster than before.
I prefer cardazol to ostazol, tried both. Right now I am doing (besides my cycle primo 600/anavar 50), 1 cardazol and 1 ostazol morning after breakfast on rest days. On training days, I do the morning AM routine, plus I take 1 cardzol before training and 2 ostazol. Intra-workout I take 1 ostazol. In terms of pumps, energy and stamina in the gym, I haven't found a stronger combination. I have used DMAA before but couldn't handle the nasty side effects, especially the new DMAE.
If you stack ostazol with sarms, use my 2/1 cap routine for training with 50mgs ostarine (mk2866)/day split into 2 doses.
