    So id drop the clen at a minimum. If you want to run the Test and Winny thats fine.

    If its a 10 week cycle then run the winny the last 6 weeks at 50mg/day.

    Also will need a cycle support supplement like N2Guard or Dylans OrganST.

    Only other thing I would pick up is a natural test booster to help recovery in PCT. N2GenerateES or Ostazol (for esarms) are good choices.

    For a first cycle though I mean prop is fine if you want to inject every other day I would have went with a longer ester like test e or test c to minimize injections but thats just me.

    Iíll definitely only take the Winny the last 6 weeks for sure the test every other day will get old I get it and take milk thistle and a natural test booster as a post as well I didnít mention I was doing that. Iíve been on clen for a while just 2 weeks on 2 off so I can stop once I start a cycle thatís fine. Thank you for that.

    Yea the test and winny will stress your body (as will any AAS) and clen is such a harsh compound you dont want to run it with your cycle.

    If you dont mind pinning Prop is fine I just am lazy and like to pin as little as possible so twice a week with test e or even once a week with test c works for me.

    What do you think you will accomplish with clen bro? Maybe extra 150 calories burned per day.So not worth for all the nasty sides that you are getting from it.
