    Beginners cycle calorie intake

    4 vials Testosterone Propionate 100mg/ml 10ml/vial
    10 bags STANOZOLOL(Winstrol) 10mg/tab, 50 tabs/bag
    3 bags Clenbuterol (Clen) 40mcg/tab, 50 tabs/bag
    2 bag Aromasin 20mg/tab, 50 tabs/bag
    1 bag Tamoxifen 20mg/tab, 50 tabs/bag
    1 bag Clomid 50mg/tab, 50 tabs/bag


    So thatís what I have and Iím going to make it into a 10 week cycle with 350mg of test per week.
    Iím 27, 6í5 230lbs around 12-14% BF depending on the month haha. Last year I was around 212 staying cut but I enjoy this weight more.
    I am looking to focus on certain muscle groups that are lacking behind and put some size into them without the fat of course, Iíve never done any cycle but I tend to stay around 2500 calories a day. How much should I raise that by if any?

    I totally agree with mobster and we ignore the fact first cycle should always be testo only...
    You're planning to run 10 weeks of orals AND winstrol at that? Say bye bye to your joints and liver lol...

    As for your calorie intake start, pre-cycle, adding 200-409 a day.

    Here's a small thought. You're not growing cos and I quote 'I tend to stay around 2500'. Adding steroids BEFORE you've tried upping your intake makes no sense at all.

    Start focusing on the muscle groups now.

    Yeah thatís 500 tabs. Even if you did 50mg/day that would last you 100 days.

    That is far far too long on orals. You are going to do some damage. Also there is no real way for us to predict your caloric needs

    there is no way to know how much calories you should eat and besides counting calories is bullshit anyway

    if you want to get fat, yes eating more food more often will do it for you. works just great for the past 40 years in America

    but if you want to put on quality mass it boils down to quality diet and a good workout program. not how many calories you get like we were robots
