- Started everything from square one because of a neck injury that had me out for a long time. Began lifting naturally again in December of 2018, started my first blast of the year 8 weeks later at the end of January 2019 at 185lbs. By April I was 238lbs at roughly 16%-19% BF.
- Currently weight is 211lbs @ 10% - 12% and have just started my second blast. I have been slowly cutting while cruising or perscribed TRT @ 150mg test/wk, whatever lingo that makes you happy, since the end of my first blast in April.
Just started my 2nd blast and shooting for a nice solid push like the last one. I am considering competing next fall if I can maintain the othe and get to around 220lbs - 225lbs at 8% lBF or below.
I will post a log every 4weeks of cycle, diet, progress, and bloodwork.
