How common is this lift today among lifters today? I have heard over the yrs this movement has a high injury rate so people tend to stay away from it. I really don't see a lot of people doing this in my gym or maybe I'm not paying attention but personally for me I LOVE this lift and have been doing it since the 70's and never had an issue with injury.
