Guys, my wrist is only 7 inches. Does this mean I have poor genetics?
Can steroid/hgh thicken bones. Or any exercise? The arms of the arm wrestlers are very large. Thow they make a

    Bone size is genetic.

But any muscle you add will look good. Flex Wheeler had small joints

You can try using hgh that should increase some bone size but not much, it's all genetic on bone size and density

Nothing you can do to change bone size. You can try to build up forearms for more muscle in the area though.

Bone size is 100% genetic, and it doesn't mean poor genetics. Some of the top pros have very small ankles and wrists
