    It is safest to br 15% bf or below for a few reasons. Increased bf % means a higher rate of aromitization to estrogen, more cardiovascular strain, and less results from your cycle. Unfortunately, despite doing a fair amount of research before running my first ever cycle, I wasn't aware of this, and did run my cycle at about 18% and ended up around 20% by the end. Lesson learned.

    in most situations you want to be 12% or less before using steroids.. those who just care about strength and bulking under 15%

    the lower the better man .. your body will blow up when you're for example 10%bf
    and it's safer for your health and to avoid side effects as much as possible

    12-13% is generally where i recommend... 15 is ok but not really the most ideal

    I am starting my first cycle next week and an InBody machine (not sure how accurate these machines are) measured me at 8.6%. I know that I am going to struggle eating enough food while on the cycle. I bought some portable snacks to eat throughout the day so I hope that helps.
