Best way to start tren

First time using trenbolone after 4 cycles under my belt
I'm 32 years old and my goal is to get stronger and build more size
right now I am benching around 275 lb would like to get three plates
I'm 5 ft 8 in and I weigh 175 lb and I am 40 years old
My plan is trenbolone acetate 250mgs a week with maybe some oral or two. should I stack in something like superdrol with the tren or should I do something else

i can see tren helping you go to 3 plates. however don't make the mistake I and so many others made by blowing out your shoulder in the process. i got so strong on tren that is what happened. i will NEVER be able to lift heavy again according to my PT unless i want to risk a full tear and needing surgery

so stay healthy man. tren is the #1 steroid to get hurt on

if you want to use trenbolone start with enanthate not acetate. It's a better option.

200mgs trenbolone enanthate/week
with winstrol 50mgs/day
and n2guard 7caps /day

NOT superdrol thats too dangerous to stack superdrol and tren
