    Best way to train

Never train more than 3 days row, and never more than 5 days week
    Never go over 60min
12 sets big muscles and 9 sets small
only one set to failure per exercise
    reps from 5 to 10

and you will grow much more

In fact the science has been done many years ago. Arthur Jones had a go in the 1970's. By way of an example I train 4 days a week. Most workouts are over an hour but I'll do less sets and my focus is strength. Check out my log for today's volume etc

That is a good blue print. Everyone has different goals and situations. When I was a teen I worked out 6 days a week. Now I would never do that. Iím old.

That all has to do with intensity, not any set time or amount of reps or even weight. And it also depends on your body type and how long you've been training.

So if you think you came upon the perfect program after millions of people have been doing this for almost 200 years, well...you haven't. But if it's working for you now -- go with it.

Maybe a good baseline but there are a lot of factors at play. Age, experience, genetics, goals...

Some people get great results on 3 day full body workouts, others grow like crazy on 6 day PPL programs. People on gear recover quicker and can handle more volume.

It's all about finding what works for you and fits your goals. There is no cookie cutter program that is best for everyone.

At best it's a good base for many to train to. Cos we've all seen how badly many do workout.
