So kinda misleading my stomach isn’t huge but you can’t see my abs . Now I’ll prob answer my own question here but I’m currently on 500mg test E a week and I’m 2 weeks in .
Eating 6-7 time’s a day and 3-4 of them are shakes or if I can I get an extra meal in instead of a shake . Now I’m getting bigger and stronger but so is my stomach . Is this kinda normal when it come to bulking ? Is this what should happen then you do a cut later ? How does this work ?
I’ve done a cycle few years ago but not properly and I was doing kick boxing at the time so I kinda got leaner and had a 8 pack lol.
Anyways do I need to do ab work out to help maintain stomach fat ? Cheers
