    Big belly

    So kinda misleading my stomach isnít huge but you canít see my abs . Now Iíll prob answer my own question here but Iím currently on 500mg test E a week and Iím 2 weeks in .
    Eating 6-7 timeís a day and 3-4 of them are shakes or if I can I get an extra meal in instead of a shake . Now Iím getting bigger and stronger but so is my stomach . Is this kinda normal when it come to bulking ? Is this what should happen then you do a cut later ? How does this work ?
    Iíve done a cycle few years ago but not properly and I was doing kick boxing at the time so I kinda got leaner and had a 8 pack lol.
    Anyways do I need to do ab work out to help maintain stomach fat ? Cheers

    The number of times you're eating and the number of shakes suggest you've constantly got food in the gut then are adding more food to what's there before it's been digested etc. Hence, the stomach sticking out. And you're bulking - hence no visible abs.

    Ab work won't make the belly fat go. It just works the muscle underneath.

    Ok thought so just wanted to make sure also should I be doing any cardio ? I warm up with a walk but Iím scared to touch cardio because naturally I donít put on easy. Now thatís Iím in my 30s it is slowing down but still donít want to touch cardio in case I restrict my gains ?

    Brother welcome to the forum and anything you need send me message . To grow you need to eat alot ( nut try to eat lean and stay away from gluten foods ) , the goal on a bulking is to put on mass and weight not worried about six pack . If you think on your abs during your bulking you will never grow. Bloated is part of the game when we eat alot to grow . But check your diet and make it lean food . She makes make sore they are good quality ( weight gainers normaly are junk ) . keep good work and keep posting your progress

    your body needs a break from throwing food at it like that. all that food is very inflammatory, that is why you are bloating. if you want to stick to such a diet you should atleast do a 24 hour fast once a week unless you want wreck your gut health

    bro i eat moderate meals 2-3X per day. take plenty of time between meals and I don't mess with dairy. no bloat at all with me. change things up

    I would likely decrease the amount of total food you are eating. The shakes would be the first place I would start. You don't want to finish up a cycle and realize you gained a ton of fat.

    If bulking thats part of it to some degree. Its also not good to bulk if youre already carrying too much fat

    The best way to begin with a client is get him shreded , lose all the fat and them nulk up and that way you will gain better quality mass . getting you ripped you will be more insulin sensitive , absorbs better the food and drugs ( your body will work better )
