    your free test levels generally mirror total testosterone. it is usally a ratio of about 10:1 or so

    so if your total test is high, your free test is high. and vice versa

    you can increase free test ratio by using something that binds to SHBG. natural supplements like hcgenerate do have ingredients that do that

    Your free T can vary because of age and also because most of the T binds with Albumin and SHBG.

    On average is about 1% to 3% of the total.

    Mine Free T is 2.79% of the total and Bioavailable is 68.3% of the total.
