    Body Recomp? Fact or Fiction?

    I've always heard different views on the topic of body recomping or what the current Mr. Olympia said 99% of the population can't do and "lose fat and build muscle at the same time." I've heard some say its possible and others say its a myth. Personally, I've been told that this is what I've done with my body but I've got a ways to go. What are yalls opinion on this? Would a solid diet, hard training, and proper supplementation help you to build muscle and lose fat at the same time or can you only do one or the other? Just wondering because you hear some bodybuilders talking about growing into shows and I take it this is what they mean.

    I would say recomp is a fact. You need a lot of things in place like: a base to build on, proper diet and training and of course supplementation. It's no myth I have been up in weight and recomped with tren like nobody's business. You got to have a base that's like key - once you get to your base you can build, cut or maintain and this is before any AAS or supplements are put in place.

    OK. Cool. As far as a base goes, what would you say would be the minimum amount of training time under your belt? I know I trained for serious non stop for almost 3 years before touching even a prohormone.

    Yes sir! I've never gone over 300mg of Tren a week and don't plan to. Thanks for the advice.

    if you have been there and done that before then recomping is much easier than someone lets say who has been fat their whole lives expecting to succeed doing it.

    a lot of guys fall off the wagon in this due to divorce, having a kid, injury, etc etc. beforehand they were solid, so it is much easier to come back when you have that muscle memory

    You can definitely recomp, otherwise, this word would not even exist. Just need a very well planned diet and training, together with discipline. Some compounds can help you a lot with recomping, such as the already mentioned tren, and SARMs.

    Cool. So if I went 12 weeks on, could I possibly keep Tren in the entire time? I always take it out after 6-8 weeks.

    I have ran tren ace for way longer. Not saying is a good thing, I ran bloods nearly 3 times during it.. Be safe and 12 weeks fine art a moderate dose, in my opinion.
