    Boxing programming on cycle

    I'm boxing 3 days a week, i hit the gym once. Im 195 pound, a little to heavy wanna be at 185 pound. So im looking into my diet, but i also wanna stand rock hard. So i was thinking about adding 250 mg test ew, i dont havefocus on weights, but pure boxing. Can i builf muscle with boxing and test, like i have described.

    I typically train for 1-2 hours boxing, with alot of shadow boxing, bags, speed bag, crunches and medicine ball training.

    Stats 21 years old, weight 195 lbs, 6 feet. Fat percent around 15.

    You wanna build muscle and lose weight but your BF is 15% this thread is all over the place man...just focus on drug-free cardio, jog long distance this will benefit your boxing and weight by buring up calories and speeding up your recovery between rounds by dropping/recovering your heart rate quicker...get one of them Bisping/Diaz heart rates

    Sarms and AAS will raise your resting and active heart rate and drain your cardio, trust me on that... You could gain some muscle but won't build it effectively either because you're burning around 600-1000 calories in a boxing class depending on how hard your coach pushes you... There are certain hormones like EPO and PPAR antagonists like Cardarine you could use for increased cardio but I don't recommend going down that road you could end up dependant on it

    I never juiced until after I stopped competing because I always said to myself if you get beat on juice your mental game will be destroyed you be dependant for sure, but I'm not sure if you are competing by the sounds of your training you are or will be
