    Bulking and cutting down

    Most people want to cut down then bulk. I get it. But i am very skinny and would like to bulk up first then fine tune things from there
    To give you an idea of where I'm at I would put my body fat level at around 10 or 11% and I am around 160 lb and 5 ft 9 in
    I'm 28 years old and I have been training seriously for the past 2 years and 8 years total
    which steroids would you recommend I do for 4 weeks then switch to? or should I stick to one cycle bulking then do one cycle cutting

    First thing need work on is diet this will be the key to gains. For get just for weeks. Do 10 to 12 weeks test only cycle then pct. Remember for you diet is important for you to gain

    Yes diet is key,food is the number one anabolic,it's the difference between those making constant gains and those that aren't, regardless of what juice you're on,you should start with a testosterone only cycle,start at 300mg and increase up to 500mg per week split Monday and Thursday,you should also get bloods done prior to starting any cycle,then during sometime,go with a bulk only in one cycle,I would suggest you skip pct and cruise since you are planning on another cycle after,learn how you respond to testosterone before adding any other compounds.you should make nice gains,maybee not even need a cut cycle but keep those gains on a cruise and build some more bulk again,make that call after 16 weeks on testosterone.also have an ai incase needed otherwise lower dose as needed,I never use an ai,though some need it,done utilise other compounds for estrogen control or management,you have to learn what you need and how you respond to any compound.all the best bro

    its great to have these goals and you should! however 2 years of lifting is absolutely nothing in terms to getting to where you can get naturally.. you want to max that out before ever considering steroid use and you are quite a long way from that point...

    Don't switch after 4 weeks. Use a 12 week cycle of testosterone enanthate and dbol thats for you.
