Most people want to cut down then bulk. I get it. But i am very skinny and would like to bulk up first then fine tune things from there
To give you an idea of where I'm at I would put my body fat level at around 10 or 11% and I am around 160 lb and 5 ft 9 in

which steroids would you recommend I do for 4 weeks then switch to? or should I stick to one cycle bulking then do one cycle cutting
