Hey, whats up with everyone?
Well I´m here today to get an answer for my question. I´ve been looking around and asking people around different forums but never felt satisfied with their answers, so therefor I´m trying here. People seem to have knowledge here, specially the mods.
Anyway, the question I´m curious about is why people say that it is not good to jump into a bulking cycle when you are 15%ish body fat, does science say anything about it, have you guys had experience jumping into cycles with 15%ish body fat and never got the results you wished for?
I would really appreciate logical answers and explanations.
