    Calories question

    Corious What you guys calorie intake is on cycle vs off.I realize you have different goals bulking,cuttting and recomp.

    It's always related to my goals. Cycle or not I always take in high protein bulking or cutting. I suggest you always lower carb under 100 grams if you're cutting and high protein and higher clean carb if you're bulking.

    blasting - im eating in a caloric surplus

    cruising - still eating the same amount of calories to maintain the new gains made during blast and will increase calories again when the next blast starts

    this is for bulking when the goal is to get big af
