    Thanks... Lol... It's the Mast. I get some veins with Tren but when I add Mast to Tren veins pop out just from walking.

    My calves have always been lousy. In recent years I've taken the advice of Dave Palumbo and done his calf protocol 2 days a week. The protocol is literally 2 or 3 different exercises, one set of each, 15-20 reps each. Done twice per week. This morning after quads and hams I did:

    1 set of leg press calf raises 15 reps
    1 set of seated calf raises 15 reps
    1 set of standing calf raises 15 reps

    This is the 1st time in 25 years of training that I've made any real progress on calves.

    It's worth a try.

    I got my calves outside of the gym riding a mountain bike. They didn't respond to anything at the gym. Now I just use the gym to maintain.

    I workout my calves twice a week in the gym but i also do a lot of bikram yoga which hammers the calves.. awkward pose is one where you stand on your toes and lower down in a squat but the lower you go the higher you have to go on the toes.. enough where you are actually on the tops of your toes.. very hard, lots of meatheads attempt this who can squat 400-500 pounds but fail miserably which shows how weak a persons calves are vs. their larger leg muscles. it is all about balance especially in the legs.. without it then expect hip problems as you get older
