Cant get blood test in NJ.

So NJ is one of those stupid states that wont let your order your own bloodwork. So can I just call my doctor and request a blood test even if i have to pay out of pocket instead of using my insurance?

In in NY so it's the same issue here as well (even things like Everlywell are banned, not just privatemdlabs). All you can do is find a doctor that is willing to send you for bloodwork by request. Generally this means you need to do some doctor shopping unfortunately.

Can I just drive to PA or Delaware or does your mailing address have to be in that state?

If driving to another state is an option, I do believe privatemdlabs allows that

They still won't let you do self-requested labs either
    Code:
Choose a lab near you. We have 2,000 labs in 47 states (all states except NY, NJ, RI). View lab locations and hours. Most labs are open Monday - Friday, many are open on Saturdays. Most are open early, some are open late. We'll show you working hours for each lab. Pick a lab thatís convenient for you. Our labs are walk-in, no appointment required.

Yea I use personalabs and they have the same restriction.

You can go to another state I believe and get it done as an option. Essentially you would choose a location close to you that is out of state, have the testing done there, then like personalabs loads it into your profile.

Pain but unless you can demand your doctor to do it probably the only way.

If itís a legitimate doctor signing that referral they have a legal obligation to give you the blood test
