    Carbs & GH

    Am I right in thinking you should have some high GI carbs after a GH shot?

    Overall, how much of an increase in carbs do you guys do when you're on GH versus when you're not? I'm just starting GH, alone not with AAS or slin, and I typically only have carbs during/post workout and the morning. Should I up them a bit?

    BTW my goal is healing, leaness, and the general positive feeling, not mass.

    Because of your goals I'd not want to consider the carbs and keep the GH dose low.

    I see no reason to increase carbs based on your goals
