Cardarine+ostarine cycle for a newbie woman

Hi, guys! I've been reading a bunch but i would like to get a confirmation and some additional info on the subject, so here we go: I am a 26 y/o female, been consistent in the gym for about 2 years now. I am interested in starting a SARMs cycle more specifically cardarine and ostarine one. I'm 5'4 about 140lbs and about 28% body fat. Goal is to lean out while maintaining existing or if possible building more muscle. I've seen some recommendations for lenght of cycle and dosages being 12 weeks and 20mg for GW and 12.5mg for MK for the first two weeks and upping it to 25 for the rest. Is that reasonable? But i have also seen andarine being mentioned a lot. I don't want to overdo it if it is not necessary, but which combination of these would you guys consider enough? Also is there a UK website anyone could recommend or i'd have to deal with the 50$ shipping from sarms4sale for example to the UK? Thank you in advance!

For women, you should always go with low dose use no matter what you use.

I suggest cardarine gw and ostarine mk.

week 1-10
10mgs cardarine per day split 5mgs am/5mgs preworkout
10mgs ostarine per day split same as cardarine 5/5
3 caps n2guard per day for organ liver support

And where do you buy it? I suggest sarms.forsale if you want quality, but if you want to risk it with your health buy from who you wish but beware of danger.
