I'm not an expert but i will be adding cardarine pre-workout to help with both cardio and lifting with short rest periods in between.

The half life of cardarine is 24 hours so truthfully, it doesn't matter much what time of the day you take it. All that remembers is remembering to take it each day. I personally take my cardarine with breakfast each morning each day so I don't forget.
The recommended dosage of cardarine is 20mg/day. If you ordered your cardarine from sarms1.com, 1mL = 20mg.
I take 20mg an hour or so before my workout. I definitely feel a difference too. I would encourage you to experiment with a few different times and go with whatever works best for you.

I think 20mgs ed is the best dose.
