I've been doing research trying to find something that will give me a slight bump when it comes to results/progression within the gym with very minimal sides, and from everything i've found cardarine seems to have the least sides while offering seemingly good results as well(For fat loss at least). I have never ran a cycle of anything before so this would be my first. I'm here trying to confirm everything i've read regarding cardarine being relatively side effect free and PCT free, and if there is anything else I should know about the substance (such as supplements to pair with or dietary advice while running it). Currently 5'10" 185 lbs.
Very knew to steroids/PEDs so trying to do my best to understand anything and everything I can before jumping in.
