When I was younger I always wanted huge calves. I worked them out pretty regular. Now that I'm older I really haven't needed to. My calves aren't the biggest but Im happy with them.
I see a lot of guys complaining that calves are genetic, You're using AAS yet your calves wont grow.
How do you guys train them? What I've learned is that there are 3 golden rules. what ever exercise you use there's three basics. First stretch the hell out of them, meaning go down all the way on the movement until it hurts. Then you flare yours calves while still stretched or what i call the first flex. you can flex your calves by flaring them out (they widen and spread), and you can flex them when pointing your toes. Then you push off and at the top is the second flex ( when your toes are pointed away ). Repeat.
Calves may be genetic like everything else but give this a shot.
