clear link between clen and heart disease?

Hi guys I have been a clen lover for the last three years and I got 4 cycles of clen under my belt and results were a 10 plus, no other PED or AAS has cut me up like clen stacked with Slin, but the more I search online the more studies and articles I see about clen causing heart diseases like it hardens the heart and arteries which is not something you wouldn't like to happen to you. I haven't been able to find out is how much do you have to use or how long you have to be a Clen user, to get those heart diseases, I saw my cardiologist last year and everything looks ok so far, how about you guys have yo had any issues or do you know somebody who's had heart problems under clen?

The problem with side effects is that each person responds to drugs differently. Things like hardened arteries and heart strain are possible side effects of clenbuterol. Will you experience them? It's hard to say. It depends on so many factors and your genetics.

It's kind of like how one person can smoke 30 years and never have any problems and someone else will smoke 5 years and develop lung cancer.

If you are overly concerned, I would't use clenbuterol. Clenbuterol is a very harsh stimulant and any stimulant is going to put a lot of stress on your heart.

I personally am not a big fan of clenbuterol.
Clenbuterol is very over rated. Here's why -
Clen simply raises metabolism. It does not differentiate between muscle or fat. Clen might raise your metabolism an additional 100-200 calories per day. You could just easily do an extra 15 minutes of cardio. I have used clen in the past and I always felt it did more harm then good. It caused muscle cramps when I was training and it really negatively impacted my sleep.

There are better alternatives that directly increase fat loss, with no risk of loosing muscle mass and no side effects like insomnia or muscle cramps. Cardarine gw is going to be your best option. It directly increases fat loss, endurance and recovery. It is not a stimulant or a hormone and is pretty much void of side effects.

I haven't used clen myself in years and don't recommend it to my clients at all anymore. If they are trying to burn fat, I recommend cardarine and maybe a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com.

having used clen twice my results were poor and my side effects were through the roof

i felt like i was having a heart attack on the stuff and i felt like crap and was shaky all day

in your case you had outstanding results on it so if it works for you then roll with it. but yeah it does do a number on the heart. keep a close eye on your lipids and blood pressure

I have recently completed a cycle of clen that was supposed to go for 4 weeks but I was making such good progress, I only needed 3 weeks. I did not experience any sides other than shakiness in my hands but otherwise I have no complaints. The long term effects will be difficult to surmise bc there are no real trials using bodybuilding dosages and duration; we act as our own guinea pigs. I will look up clinical trials that were completed using medical dosages and long term durations and report back to you. At least the we will have some idea. I have access to search engines used by hospitals and academia so this will not be a google scholar search

Clen has a ton of nasty sides, and it impacts the heart hardcore. Just because you had great results and didnt have any issues with it, does not mean it couldnt do it later in the future when you use it again.

Personally I would refrain from clen. Does not seem to be worth it giving how much it damages your heart and blood pressure.

Personally I hate it for the side effects and would never run it again.

The thing here for you is that you have run 4 clen cycles with good results. But why have you had to run it 4 times? If you have had good results then there is an issue with putting fat back on. Unless you are just absolutely shredded now!
