Clomid, Arimidex Advice

So I have low testosterone and am trying to start my natural production. I plan to take Clomid 25mg eod and then get tested at the 4-6 week mark and then taper down for another 6 weeks. What I am worried about is the increased estrogen that comes along with the increased testosterone. I know people have taken Arimidex to counter this but I am not sure about the dosing or whether I need it at all.


Here is my bloodwork:

Testosterone 5.2 8.4 - 28.8 nmol/L
LH 2.1 1.0 - 7.0 IU/L
FSH 1.3 1.0 - 8.0 IU/L
Estradiol(E2) 128 <162 pmol/L

i really wouldnt worry about estrogen conversion with clomid here... clomid is an estrogen blocker itself man... while not an aromatase inhibitor it still does block estrogen... i always watch for rebound even if its not supposed to occur, its just something i always advise, at the minimum, to be aware of but i would highly doubt you to have any sort of problem whatsoever...

clomid will temporarily work by blocking estrogen from feedbacking into the pituitary glands, this forces your glands to pump out more LH and FSH, which stimulates leydig cells to pump out more testosterone. you aren't going to get enough of a boost in test to cause high estrogen, but even if you did here as dylan said clomid blocks estrogen from feeding the pituitary glands, hence how it works.

Clomid wont work, it will just boost estrogen.

Your fSH is low and LH is low along with low test.

you need to do a modified perfect pct without the aromasin

re-PCT with light clomid/nolva/n2generate and in 8 weeks you'll be fine
