Your diet looks really shitty to me. This is not an attack or knock on you directly, but i see lots of sugar and not too many proton's.

I agree that his diet is just shakes, ice cream and deli meats

    all fluff

none of which are muscle building food

where is the chicken, grass fed beef, vegetables, rice, eggs, sweet potato?

lets everyone chill though on this kid, he is willing to learn. insulting him and putting him down isn't the solution. I don't think anyone on here truly knew how to workout or eat at 20 either. I know I sure as hell knew jack shit compared to what I know today. its a learning process. don't blame him, blame his coaches and trainers. he should be on a year round program to get better. if you play a college sport really you don't improve much during the season, you improve most during the offseason while everyone else is chasing pussy and partying. that's your opportunity to catch up to those cocky jocks

My diet at 20 consisted of chorizo burritos, 40's, and alot of food on base.

it want until the ages of 24-28 i started catching on.

If i were to do a meal in your shoes to build muscle and mass it would look osmething like this.

    1 cup oats
    proton shake

Snack: Any of them throughout the day
    Beef jerky
    cottage cheese
    Greek yogurt
    Veggi plate
    Almonds/cashews/pistachios

    Lunch:
    Burger/steak/Chicken some sort of proton
brown rice/Whole wheat pasta/ black beans
    Some green vegi

    Snacks: see above snack list

    Dinner:
    Steak/Chicken/Fish
some sort of starchy carb if you played rugby that night
    Sweet potato and salad

You guys are being too nice. He came here with the intent of using gear. All of the vets should have booted him out the moment the words 'I am twenty years old' popped out of the woodwork.

Fact of the matter is, it pays to be harsh and downright cruel to people of this age and maturity who have shown any intent of using steroids. It is to let them know that they aren't dabbling with whey protein, they are dabbling with crap that can induce long-term systemic issues. Their refusal to put in the time to do the research is downright infuriating, as it reinforces the assumption that they could give two craps about their bodies. I hate seeing that.

^^^ I do not support the use of steroids for those under 25. or those at any age who I do not feel have put in the time naturally.

but its not my place to be judgemental if someone like that decides to use anyway. I can only educate and give advice

I hear you guys for sure, I defiantly came here with not much info on steroids, but I think its better to ask you guys before I just go out and buy something and pump it into my system.

But what you guys are saying about training might need some context. I do train year round and I have been for a number of years. My brother who eats the exact same as me and does the same workouts weighs 190 and benches 300. My body just doesn't seem to want to grow. The reason I came on here was to check out if you guy's had ideas about what I could do.

With the information you guys have given me I won't be going on gear anytime soon. Thanks guys.
