Today is back day. Here's what I did today
T bar rows (10-12 reps going and coming back down)
35 lb plate to start
Add 25 lb plates up to 8 plates.
Try to pull to the chest. Nice controlled motion.
On the way back down, landmine leg presses
Pull ups
Overhand
2x Shoulder width
2x wide width
2x very wide
Underhand
2x shoulder width
2x wide width
2x extra wide width
2x vbar pullup
Dumbell Rows (10-12 reps)

Lat pull downs (higher to lower rep count)
Start with 3 pin position and move +3 at time from top to bottom
T-bar row machine
Start with 3 pin position and move +3 at time from top to bottom
Single side pull downs
10 - 90
Last two are plate loaded machine

Usually start with one plate each side, go up to 4 plates each side.
Use both hands going up. Then do single side coming back down.
10 minutes on stair stepper
60 min treadmill walking.
So, I'm really struggling this year. I'm not as lean as I would like to be. I've put on size. At this point it is what it is. Just try to come in the best I can, see if I can improve with the next show.
Work stress has been insanely high. I live in DFW area of Texas. It has been HOT. This week all 100+. Just feel drained all the time. Low energy.
Was doing great at the start of May, The heat wave started early May. This year has been record hot and earlier. I find that I am dragging. I go into the gym with a workout intent, some things just end of getting left out since I am slower and winded.
I'll keep grinding because its not optimum, I'm just committed.
