Sunday Update.

Post Workout 192
I am feeling a bit strained. My shoulder is still sore. My right elbow feels a little sore. Feeling a little like walking wounded. I do believe if you do this enough, you are always going to be working around something.
Decided to just pull back on chest/shoulders. Run thru the motions. Added bands to 135/135 chest/shoulders. A few more sets and more hand position change up. Wide to narrow.
Tried a few new things. Feels good that I felt like I got a good workout but did not go hard.
Auto regulate, know your feels.
