    Sunday Update.

    Wake up weight 196
    Post Workout 192

I am feeling a bit strained. My shoulder is still sore. My right elbow feels a little sore. Feeling a little like walking wounded. I do believe if you do this enough, you are always going to be working around something.
Decided to just pull back on chest/shoulders. Run thru the motions. Added bands to 135/135 chest/shoulders. A few more sets and more hand position change up. Wide to narrow.
Tried a few new things. Feels good that I felt like I got a good workout but did not go hard.

    Auto regulate, know your feels.

    Happy Sunday peeps!

    Monday is back day.

    Wake up weight 196
    Post Workout 193

I hope you don't mind the visuals. Sometime I might refer to an exercise by the wrong name. I know what I like to do and what I call it, but visuals are better.
i like my progress in the last month. Strength is coming back. My right shoulder still feels sore when I try to lift anything above 20 lbs above the delt line.
My right elbow also has a little soreness to it. So very much auto-regulating on feels. I feel like leg and back strength is where I want it. Chest strength not quite.
Would like to getting back to 315 incline, but the shoulder/elbow issues need time. At this point, I would like stay in this range and try to get more muscle mind connection.
Slow the rep, pause, hold, more control for rep ranges of 4 to 6 at the heavy levels. Focus on sets where I can do at least that 4-6.

So today's back workout, I start with this V-bar row, Start with 35 and keep adding quarters till the bar is full.

Once the bar is loaded, I work my way down with 3 variations taking a quarter off each set. I incorporate landmine squats since I have the bar loaded
I like how I feel the stretch of the lats being pulled down thru the reps. My leg day is tomorrow, but I like this almost dead lift angle.
    V-Bar Row

    Meadows Row

    Landmine Squat

Now its time for lat pull ups, 3 different overhand and 3 different underhand positions, and finish with 2 sets using the V bar pullup.
    Bar pullups

    v-Bar pullup

Chest supported T-bar rows, Add one plate at time to 4 plates, 3 different hand positions. On the way down just do landmine squats.
    T-Bar Rows

    Landmine Squats

    Dumbell Rows, 20, 40, 60, 80, 110, 130 (1 set each side)

Plate loaded Low Row, Add one plate at time on each side. Go up using both hands, come down just using one side

Plate loaded Lateral Pulldown, Add one plate at a time, get to 4 plates. 4 plates will pull me straight up in the air. Have to really clamp my legs under the brace or have someone hold me down.

    Lat Isolation

That's my back workout. It's a lot of volume, maybe too much junk volume. I feel like at my age I need the proper warm up. Feels good!

    Have a great Monday!

Tuesday Update : Light leg day

    Wake up weight 198
    Post Workout 195

My typical light leg day. Up to 315 on the squat bar and safety bar. Concentrate on ROM, depth, and slow movement.

I got my blood work back. Here it is:

My AST/ALT are generally high. I workout every day, I'm breaking down muscle every day. I've had a liver ultrasound without issue.
My understanding is people who workout hard and often will show high AST/ALT numbers.

My estradiol was a bit high. I am an estrogen converter. When I was doing nothing but TRT, my doctor actually had me on 300mg weekly.
I felt the nipple sensitivity. My estradiol was high 70-80 range. He actually pulled me down to 200mg weekly. I will likely add 1 adex on Sundays
after my Saturday TRT shot. If I add a second dose, I've noticed it crashed my estradiol down to 5-11.

My LDL cholesterol jumped a bit. Would like to see this drop. I've always noticed post competition season my cholesterol numbers usually go up with my off season foods.
Stay under 200, just get closer to 200. I think it because I'm not eating as clean as I do when dieting. It's also the reason why I only give myself two months to mix in some
    dirty foods in moderation.

    Happy Tuesday!
