9 weeks out on Saturday. 184.8, down 1.6 from last week. One week on the tren and mast and can already notice increased striations and vascularity. Not noticing any negative side effects that would be associated with tren, but it's only been a week and I'm only running 350mg, so we'll see. Also on two days on two days off 50mcg clen which I haven't noticed much. Seems pretty mild at this dose.

Are you sure your Clen is Legit, you should be noticing something @ 50 Mcg.
 
Yeah I'm sure it's legit. I take it in two split doses of 25mg so I don't notice the first dose much, but the second one I feel more. I'm just no stranger to stimulants I guess you could say, so I wouldn't expect to feel too much at this dosage. My girl is on the same stuff and feels it more than I do though.
 
Missed a few weeks but still going strong.

5 weeks out today. Sitting at 181.6 which is a 1.8lb gain from last week. Weight is holding steady, looks like I'll be heavier on stage than I thought. The most I can be is 176 though either way. Started anavar and winny a week ago.

2 weeks out today. 176.0 which is the middleweight cut off. Regime got changed today to 1 hour fasted cardio plus 45 mins cardio post workout 6x a week, and 5 days I have 2 carb meals of about 40g and the other two I have 3 carb meals. Basically only fats are fish oil and 3 whole eggs.

Dlmdkriomomg is coming in nicely - hamstrings are last to dial in but they will come. Obviously arms are my weak point (along with less obvious other upper body), but we’ll see how it goes. I haven’t been using the clen as I don’t find it helps but added 3g T3 a couple weeks ago. Basically at the finish line now.

You're shredded brother.

When you do your poses - your right elbow pops up slightly higher then your left. Practice hard on keeping the two symmetrical. You have a symmetrical physique but your posing isn't symmetrical. Judges will mark you down for that.

Was 3g T3 a typo? I think you meant to right 30mcg right?
 
YEAH that’s right, 30mcg T3. And the reason my elbow does that is because my biceps are uneven and that way makes them look more even, but you think I’d be better off keeping the elbows the same regardless eh?
 
Appreciate the critical criticism. I’ll be practicing posing in person with my coach throughout the week so hopefully necessary tweaks will be made.

Ignore my chest in the side chest, j realize it’s indented as i set it wrong, but my hams look great.

Competitions all done. Squeeked into middleweight at 174.4 - 21lb lean gain since 1 year ago. Placed first in the middleweight class. There were only 3 competitors in the class because one didn’t make weight and one dropped out so more people would have been nice, but a win is a win.

Photos morning after show fasted cardio. Ate everything in sight the night prior.
