    Exclamation Contest preparation nightmare !!!

.. throughout my misreable life i had 3 Questions :-

1-what is inside the bermuda triangle
    2-how the pyramids were built
    3-How to prepare for a Contest ??!!!

i know that it is not easy to obtain the answer for that Question , but i hope that maybe someone would answer me or atleast show me some links , articles , discussions about it
what am asking about is the precontest week or 15 days when it comes to (Carb,Sodium,Water,Protein) intake
Sodium is it a friend or a Foe ?!
Carbs ?! when to take carbs , how to load , Muscle Glycogen protocol
Water , when to increase water intake ? when to decrease , when to cut water completely ? should i cut it or not ?!
Protein and dieting , should i increase protein intake , should i decrease Carb intake while increasing the pure protein value
i know that these info would require a few Bucks , but i thought that maybe i should give it a try to search for a myth-Buster over here , i'll be so thankful if someone answered me honestly , coz here from where i come (Egypt) no one would do it for free , also there is alot of broscience i've seen so i'd like to know your answers scientifically

if you can share any info , (secrets as i've been told ) i'll appreciate
also if you can refer me to some links that talk about these please do .

    Thanks in Advance Lads. <3

    Here's the answer's to Questions 1 and 2.

What's inside the Bermuda Triangle ~ Water !

How the Pyramids were built ~ Very Carefully !

Sorry ~ had to get that off my mind ~ now onto the Serious question of Contest Prep.
Without knowing your Current Stats, it's difficult to answer some of these questions.
In one of his posts ~ Muskate just went over the Water/Sodium Protocol......................... JP
    P.S.
If you give us your Current Stats + current Diet Macros.
And as always, a Picture would be an excellent resource.

    Brother, check out podcast #97 -> https://www.evolutionary.org/episode-97/

I do a 30 minute segment on peak week protocols for a bodybuilding show. I go in-depth about carb, water, sodium, diuretics etc.

Listen to the podcast and then let me know if you have any questions.

If this is your first show, I would recommend hiring a coach. It'll cost you a bit of money but it'll put your mind at ease and make the process a lot easier. You can send me an email (link is in signature) if you want some help with your contest prep.

contest prepping isn't easy.. if it was everyone would be doing it

i think if you ask anyone who competes they will say it took a lot of trial and error to get things right over time. that is why the experienced dudes have a lot of success. you don't see guys in their 20's winning mr. O for that reason. phil heath is 37 years old. he has 2 decades of experience on these young guns who are in their early 20's

I recommend hiring a good coach for contest prep. Takes a lot of the stress out of it when things are planned for you.
