    Could I make gains ?

    Would 100mg Test Prop EOD be a good starter cycle for a first timer? Could I gain probably 10-15lbs from it with a perfect diet?

    What is your age, body fat, and training experience? That's a fine dose but the muscle gain expectations are not realistic

    In for some stats.

    As P0N said you arent going to gain that much on a cycle of muscle. If you eat a huge calorie surplus sure you could add 10-15 pounds but dont expect it to be muscle.

    Also why prop? You could dose test e twice a week or test c even once a week so unless you are running another compound with a short ester (half life) I dont see the benefits to prop.

    there is no black and white answer to how much 'i will gain'

    if you want to put on a ton of water and fat then don't use an Ai and eat like a madman. but actual muscle tissue will not be achieved in a cycle, it takes years to build actual tissue. remember most of your muscle is water.

    Sorry I didnít post any stats please forgive me! I am 34 and I weigh 200lbs. I really want to be walking around at 225lbs. Would that cycle suffice what do you guys think ?
