    Good stack, a bit of exercise advice: cardio is overrated. Look up pictures of marathon runners vs sprinters, tell me who you’d rather look like. Lift big, eat clean, allow recovery. The weight will come off. Here’s what I mean though: Nothing burns more calories faster than simply having more muscle on your body at a given weight. Weights build muscle, traditional cardio does not. Want “cardio”? Lift lower weights faster for higher reps (good form though) you’ll get all the cardio you can handle. On recovery days simply go for a long walk, if you’re a gym member mix in some swimming.

    but I would change andarine to 25mgs ed and add n2guard
