Absolutely eat more clean food. The majority of your protein is coming from presumably crappy protein powder. I only say crappy because the sad fact is most are total trash. Either way try like 80g protein from powder and the rest food. Also what's your weight and height?

Thanks for your advices, guys. Appreciate it. I've been lifting for 3 years. I got good result (I was 5ft8 and 150 then I gained 25 pounds in 3 years), but I want to take my physic to the next level. That's why I started to use gear. I'm 5ft8 and 200 pounds. I'm currently on PCT now. (clomid: 50/50/25/25 and nolva: 40/40/20/20). When should I start SARMs1 triple stack? Should I wait a certain time after PCT?
