190 lbs, 175 cm 34 years old. 8 years training. 3th cycle. 700 mg test c, 400 tren e, 250 deca, 45mg dbol. 500 iu hcg a week.

My diet : 09:00 am 200 g mass gainer,1 banana (40g pro 160 carbs)
11:15 am 100g bresaola 50g bread,1 banana
14:00 pm 200 g pasta 170 chicken 100g vegetable, 400g fruit
17:00 pm 170 chicken,80 rice
20:00 pm 200g pasta or rice, 170g red meat 100g vegetable, 1 fruit
22.30 pm 170 chicken, 60/80g rice
12:00 pm 200g yocca (25/26 pro, mostly casein)


Any advice on diet and cycle ? Thank you.

how may cycles are you running man? you have a new post on a new cycle every other day? didn't you just finish one or am i mistaken??

hopefully this is a straight bulking diet correct ? either way its nothing i would ever put any of my clients on but it all depends on what your attempting to obtain from it

Judging by your diet, it looks like you're trying to bulk up. What's your bodyfat %?


Let's make a few changes to your diet.
My diet : 09:00 am 200 g mass gainer,1 banana (40g pro 160 carbs)

You are getting only 40 grams of protein here. It's not a good mix.
Replace: 50grams of whey protein, 50 grams caseinate protein, 50 grams egg protein, 50 grams dextrose

11:15 am 100g bresaola 50g bread,1 banana

Bresaola is high in sodium/salt content, I suggest you replace it with real steak.

14:00 pm 200 g pasta 170 chicken 100g vegetable, 400g fruit

Get rid of the 400grams of fruit and add more chicken.

17:00 pm 170 chicken,80 rice

Add some fats like olive oil and some greens, maybe a salad.

20:00 pm 200g pasta or rice, 170g red meat 100g vegetable, 1 fruit

This is alright if you are using brown rice.

22.30 pm 170 chicken, 60/80g rice

Make sure it's brown rice and add some healthy fats, ex: flaxseed oil.

That is a very strong cycle.I hope you are an experienced user.tren/deca mix doesnt always go well for people
 
Yeah bro, i use it becouse of its semplicity and its absorption rate. And it's a good meal replacement !
 
Not too experienced but I know everything I need to know. And since here, no problems, only that my heart beats faster during workouts and during sex and little high blood pressure 130/140 due to d-bol i think. Getting bigger every week, slowly but without gaining fat.
 
Why don't you like gainers ? It's easy to take, it's like a meal and it has high carb rate for bulking.
 
Thank you bro. Body fat is like 9/10%. Don't understanding why so much protein in breakfast, i think that 40g it's what my body need, we can't absorb more than 30/40/50 g of protein every meal. And i didn't write healthy fats but i eat them. ;) And yeah it's brown rice of course. So instead bresaola should i go with chicken or beef ?
 
Bro, w t f are u talking about ? I will have an heart attak ? Coz of i use 1 g test and 400 tren ?
