For those that have been asking due to my earlier question in the forum, here is my current cycle log. I prefer low dose, slower and steady results, less severity on sides, probably my favourite cutting cycle.
Disclaimer - no photos being uploaded, if this violates log rules and as a result this is removed I understand. But the simple reason is my brother is my PT and browses the forum out of interest, competes naturally and although he has nothing against users he would prefer I wasn’t on them and I have some pretty identifiable tattoos. I think from the progress I’m making he strongly suspects it but still, would rather not as he would then feel the need to learn far more about them and monitor other health markers that he doesn’t normally do and would just in general be worried. Again, if this violates rules then fair enough.
Anyway, cycle ;
Currently running (week 7 of 12);
250mg Test E pinned Monday/Thursday
200mg Tren E pinned Monday/Thursday
Anavar 50mg daily roughly 5pm 2 hours before I workout on lifting days, same time on non lifting days (started this during week 4 and will run to week 12)
T3 50mcg daily, after week 12 will drop to 25mcg for a few weeks then discontinue use. Taken first thing in the morning before a morning walk.
Cialis 10mg daily
Caber 0.5mg twice per week on pin days
(Added these due to higher prolactin issues making achieving orgasm difficult, never had the issue when running this cycle in past but hey ho, added them two weeks ago and as of last night this issue improved, was taking Cialis as after an hour and a half of going at it it started to lose its hardness)
Cycle Shield from Pure Labs 4 tabs daily taken with T3 in the am.
ZMA - no idea why but seems to help with night sweats 3 capsules a day seems to be my sweet spot, helps a touch with fatigue but mainly sweats. 3 tabs = 450mg magnesium and 30mg Zinc daily.
PCT - likely going to cruise for some time on 250Mg Test E for a while and then either PCT off or run another cycle a good few months down the line.
Cardio 4 times weekly 40 minutes stairmaster
10k steps minimum daily
Lifting 5 sessions a week
Push
Pull
Legs
Push/Arms
Strength session (big compound lifts, lower reps)
Cals currently;
Training Days - 2285 , 180P, 290C, 45F
Non training days - 2045 180P, 190C, 65F
Starting point was 16 weeks ago, wasn’t on cycle til 7 weeks ago
110Kg 15-17%Bf
Currently sitting at 99.5Kg roughly 12-13%Bf
