    Diet plan review

    breakfast
    60 grams of barley
    2 table spoon of peanut butter
    3 egg whites

    Mid morning
    chickpeas 50 gram
    1 apple
    1 table spoon olive oil
    .5 cup of greek yogurt
    50 grams of chicken

    lunch
    potato 250 gram
    1 cup mixed veggies
    1 table spoon olive oil
    100 grams of chicken breast


    Afternoon snack
    Same as lunch

    Dinner
    Same as lunch with added fruit of
    up to 20 gram of carbs

    Evening snack
    100 grams of chicken

    2.5 gram of salt per day

    Total carb 287 grams protein 199 grams fat 77 gram

    Note: Will substitute chicken with beef and fish on some days

    Good diet but if you want to gain you need WAY more protein.
    the easiest way to do it? add a protein shake between meals; 1 scoop of protein (20grams) + 1 tbsp flaxseed oil or peanut butter, repeat 3 times per day. After a few weeks do it 4 times and so on until you get to extra 100grams of protein.
    You CAN get that via food but you would need to add steak or heavy meat.

    Youre going to need to eat more than that if you expect gains in my opinion. Its pretty clean and thats great if you want to stay the same size forever. Sonetimes you have to allow some variety abd leniency if you want to be a big boy. Some wouldnt agree with me on this but what else is new. Ive done it, ajd keep doing it so I speak from experience
