It's not groundbreaking news that here at PSL we try our best to go above and beyond and better assist our customers, the entire team works within their limits to the best of their ability to better assist everyone..

With this being said: If you wish to open up channels by attempting to contact myself and by chance you get no reply from all of your messages, all the while you want to tell me that you are a business owner with attempting to use the platform that you know how customer service works and how important it is, supported with little threats..

Hmmm..

If this is the formula in which you wish to use - maybe heed your own advice, and look at all the variables in which could be the reason you're not getting any responses..Like maybe the fact your inbox is full, and with every attempt you've contact me and reached out it has been unsuccessful, also in which I had to manufacture a thread just the other week in regards to this.. maybe that is where some of the silence is coming from and it's not necessarily stemming from someone ignoring a customer.. Not that I'm aiming this at anyone in particular ((coughs))

How many threads must I manufacturer in order to present the simplest solutions?

Please clean your in boxes, talk to me with respect and common courtesy in private messages, and don't make threats..Customer service goes both ways.

I will tolerate a little bit of unnecessary roughness within limits, but if you wish to be an abrasive customer using a very unfair advantage, you can rest assure it's not going to go well for you..

Clarity and communication works both ways!

people get way too paranoid about all this stuff which is understandable because we have all been ripped off in life.

but PSL is not going to cheat you out of some cash when they are an approved source on here so let's use common sense.

Unfortunately in this instance I have a customer making references that he wishes he held onto previous conversations, as if he's making some threatening undertone for leverage.. if he wants to bring this to the canvas, it's too late because I already did it for him.. if he wants to stay anything publicly he needs to come forward..

a lot of these users that only have very few post count has became extremely problematic in recent times.. these members who are not active should take a look around at this community and let this community be a prime example on how to conduct yourself with class and integrity... The rest of the members in this community who participate almost daily set the standard..

This is actually very common in all sorts of customer service channels. In my line of business, customers think they have a huge advantage with social media. And sadly, they are correct in a way. Because we've had cases where customers have posted 100% completely fabricated lies and stories about us. By the time we post a rebuttal and try to clean the air, the false story has already circled the globe 100,000 times and our reputation is irreparably damaged It's a real shame that the first story out becomes the "truth" even if it is completely false. And as the old saying goes, we can't let facts and truth get in the way of a good story. LMAO.

we grew up in an era before internet, emails, etc. if you wanted to buy something you had to order it from a catalog or go to the store.. if you ordered something it would take many weeks to show up

now these fucking kids want everything now. the email has to be returned within minutes because they think everyone has their smart phones glued to their hip.. if they order something online amazon prime ships it to them the next day. if they want porn they go online and there are sites vs. going and finding a real girl. really not their fault , just what they grew up in so i really do feel bad for that generation. and in 5-10 years technology is supposed to advance more than the past 40 years so imagine how thing will be. they will be delivering shit by drones by then within minutes after you order.

So you understand exactly where we are coming from.. unfortunately people will use the platform of social media and the internet and they will convey their perception of what they believe is the only reality, failing to understand that there is three sides to every story, the left and the right and the truth right down the middle..

We constantly deal with blackmail 24/7..

We have customers claiming to have bad blood work and if we don't send them replacement products they will post the results, but they ask for the same product that they clean gave them bad results in the first place.. and if we don't comply they will use this opportunity as some leverage.. never allow a customer to hold you hostage..

This customer I'm speaking about did have a legitimate issue that we worked through and helped him out, now he's attempting to extort it.. all the while telling me he's a business owner and he knows good customer service..well if that's the case why is he feeling the shoes of being a problematic customer , shouldn't he recognized the fault with attempting to be problematic? His message was the equivalent of watching someone play chess with their own self..

The customer service / feedback thing is a joke. I've never bent over backwards for customers. NEVER. No one pays me anything like enough to have me kiss ass.

Case in point (and I'm sure the bosses higher up would freak but f**k it): loud mouthed pratt asking 'can you turn the music down as I can;'t hear them talking?' (he'd pressed the assistance button on one of our machines at work - which play music until the 'care centre' replies). I said - no - that's what it does - they haven't replied'. I come out of the office and he's on one in front of a crowd. At some point he's claiming this never happens and that never happens and I reply 'it's happened every day I've been here and one of us is wrong and it's not me'. Next.
 
I recently put in my first order with PSL. Coming from a first timer ordering through them and also first time using crypto, I've got to say, you guys couldn't have made it any easier. The website walks you through everything, as well as all the posts on this forum doing everything but holding your hand throughout the whole process.

Just wanted to say thanks for an easy and convenient process. The status updates are great and my package arrived in only 4 business days. 4 days start to finish is incredible!
