    dosing peptides for repairs

    40 years old
    Male
    injured out of gym
    Need your help with dosing peptides for a 40 year old who is trying to fight aging and reverse injuries. Iíve got 2 peptides in mind. BPC-157 and TB-500. I have searched google and there are a lot of conflicting information. I hope you can give me a simple protocol before I order.

    BPC and TB good mix, I would go with lower doses mcg split into 2-3 injections per day, add mk677 nutrobal and ostarine, dont forget daily n2joint rx for joints.

    I had lots of tendon issues and ran BPC-157 for 4 weeks at 500mg per day in 1 injection. It fixed several minor issues and reduced major hamstring tendinitis but I was also doing physical therapy for it. It definitely works, but I think you need a stimulus for major tendon healing.

    The typical BPC-157 dosage for intramuscular injection is 200 to 300 micrograms per day in a single daily injection. According to most experts, this should be given consistently at around the same time every day on an empty stomach, with the evening being the best. For a typical adult of around 80 kg of weight, this works out to around 2.5 to 3.75 micrograms per kilogram of body weight, so itís a fairly standard BPC-157 dosage on the lower end of the range spectrum. You may be started on a slightly lower dosage, and/or may increase to a higher dosage over time depending on the results you achieve and any side effects that you may experience.

    Depending on why you are taking BPC-157, this dosage may be suitable for a short-term regimen of one month in length or long-term use.     tb-500 goes through a loading phase then maintenance phase... i would go 5 mg per week the first 4-6 weeks then every other week go 5 mg in the maintenance phase
