Push day wasn’t bad great pump but man everything just felt heavy.
1.incline barbell bench. 3x10 top weight was 275x9
2.flat DB 3x10 110/110/120
3.side raises 5x15
4.close grip bench 2x8-10 275x9
5.seated db military 1x10-12 did 90’sx14
6.rope extension 3x15-20 it’s pretty much a giant set and ways to keep the set going it’s brutal
7. Pec deck 4x20

20min HIT carido and I’m done.

So the next cycle is gunna look like this

Anadrol 50mg ED 1-3 or 4 weeks
NPP 450mg 1-10wks
Test E 500mg 1-10wks
Arowmasin 12.5mg eod around week 6-7 I might go ED1-12
Caber .50 x2 1-11
Proviron 25mg 1-10

I have no idea how anadrol is going to react with me so hopfully it’s on the “leaner” side of things I mean if I can handle Tren at 500mg and life be great anadrol should be a walk in the park lol If I look like a water balloon I’m ditching it. Should pack on some nice muscle from this cycle if I do another one it’ll be DHB then by the time I’m recovered from that it should be time to put the gas Peddle down for a show unless one comes up earlier then I’ll switch gears.


For contest prep I’ll have my coach help me along unless you guys have any suggestions

What would some of the vets like for me to do? Or I should ask what would you recommend?

anadrol is going to make you bloated, i was super bloated on it myself

for contest prep can you handle short esters? like EOD injections? if you can do short esters like acetate and propionate, easier to control
if you cant stick to the long esters and the cycle is legit

tren/mast/test and var is the like the perfect cutting stack

That’s probably best honestly I’m already wanting to bulk up again cause today I’m weighing around 236 and feel small haha

EOD pin is alright you get used to it but results are hardcore.

Guys do respond differently to anadrol so maybe give it a try in that cycle and see how you respond. With a short half life, you can drop it if you don't like and it will be out of your system rather quickly.

Weight is hovering around 237. Saturday or Sunday tho I weighed at 234. legs are starting to come around finally curious where I’ll be in another 3 months
