    Good update. So we cut out all the added fats for a one last final push like we talked about were at a point where Im prolly not gunna make too much more fat loss gains. So by next week or 2 my coach is gunna start bringing food back in to boost my metabolism.

    Still 300 protein on my low and medium days
    210 on my high day

    Carbs 820 high day
    60 low day
    130 medium days(training)

    I dont get how people get so lean? This process is fucking me up haha I fee like this is gunna be another hard year and I might be able to diet down to the leanness.

    Since switching back to my old training program and starting NPP my elbow and wrist feel so good gotta watch the wrist still but its better. My old man hip isnt bad either I just gotta make sure I dont over do it on the squat or deadlift and stay away from pain. Still fucks me up to do leg press or belt squats after squatting tho

    There is a powerlifting meet I could do in December again but since I took 6-7 months off and did more body building shit and with my hip idk if I wanna do it Ill see how everything goes I should see if I can still pull 650 I just gotta stretch the leg hole in my squat suit cause last time I put it on when I squatted 660 I almost couldnt get it off

    If you want to get leaner you'll need to cut carbs big time, even on training days you'll need to go with around 100 grams of carbs.

    you doing any joint support or sarms etc for joints?

    Iv always done some joint sups but when I tried doing his program it was great but I think what caused my wrist and elbow injury was literally the constant heavy ass rack pulls and deadlifts every single week
