    Great video as always bro! You are right on point about 4 oz not being much. People see a serving of chicken breast has 26-28 grams of protein and think its not much. But people who don't weigh their food don't realize how little a "serving" really is.

    I bet most people eat 8+ oz when they eat chicken breast and if they've never weighed it they have no idea how much they are really eating.
