    Eating on THIS cycle

Evo brothers and sister(s??)!! I am week 1 into my 100 NNP EOD, 100 prop EOD, 325 EQ x2/wk cycle (yes, also caber and aromasin). Cycle will be 16 weeks - from weeks 9-16 I will introduce 100 ace EOD, drop the NNP and decrease prop to 50 EOD. Goal is lean mass building. This is my first time with EQ and NNP. I understand all gear, to some extent, is a nutrition partition, but can someone give me some guidance/suggestions as to how to eat with this cycle? Per Trevor's method, my DDTE/maintenance is basically 3,000 calories. I know I need to eat with this cycle and I shouldn't be in a deficit. My goal is 3500 clean calories per day consisting of oats, eggs, lean beef, chicken, rice, greens, potatoes, tuna, other fish, and more eggs! I will use shakes only when needed and as little as possible. To be more specific, should I treat this like I do tren and up my carb intake or is that not necessary with these compounds? I usually try to limit my carbs as I am a true endomorph. Just looking for a little macro guidance I guess. Thanks all!!

I don't believe in this whole nonsense of basing your nutrition to your imaginary body type. Broscience as its best.
I am not gonna delve into the whole thing of how to setup offseason plan so if you need detailed advice I can help you out. So if you are interested send me an email.

I don't know any answers for you... Still a noob in this game. But, I have a question to pair on this. When taking tren, you mention upping carbs. How much and why?

    Thanks!

It doesn't just apply to tren but tren especially increases your nutrient partitioning efficiency quite a bit and as carbs are your body's preferred fuel source it makes sense to up your carbohydrate intake instead of other macronutrients.

there is no one size fits all eating to calories and macros. that is one of the biggest scams we see in fitness. copy/paste diet plans

bottom line is this.. if you had a goldfish you wouldn't put him in a bowl with tap water.. you would want the best water possible to keep him healthy and alive. your body is the same thing. feed it high quality food, that is the #1 thing that people fail on with diets.

What is your guys opinion on the vertical diet by Stan Efferding? I know both Thor and Brian Shaw use it for WSM prep.

it isn't anything revolutionary man. pretty much what i said in my prior post.. a food rich in whole foods. the only thing i don't like about it is the lack of variance.. we must cycle our foods constantly or we will get gut problems and allergies.

I agree! My diet consists of, like I said, eggs, oatmeal, lean beef, chicken, rice, tuna, fish, greens, potatoes. Just not sure if I need to adjust my macros using these compounds like I do when using tren. I've researched but didnt find anything. My body reacts well to low carbs when off cycle.

Good point on the variance. Don't want to get bored on top of...
