I've found some dated threads on the site from a while ago regarding the topic but I had some questions which weren't really addressed by it.
Stats: 28, 205 lbs., ~14%BF, lifting almost 10 years, CrossFit for past 3.
Previously did an 8 week cycle of just Test E (two years ago), no sides, made solids gains, did a regular PCT.
Looking to decrease BF, increase strength, muscular endurance, cardio.
Was planning on doing a 16 week Test E/EQ cycle.
1-16 300mg Test E, 400mg EQ
1-16 GW/9009 as well.
18-22 PCT - Nolva 40/40/20/20
Questions:
Do my doses look good? This is my first real cycle, I'm not really trying to blow out the bank, just make some solid improvements. From what I've read, higher test can have a bad effect on cardio. I did pretty well with the 300mg/wk test.
Additional compounds to consider adding? Again, cardio and CrossFit are the focus.
Anything to add to the PCT? This is going to be twice as long as my previous cycle. Did the Nolva PCT last time and had no sides.
