Erectile dysfunction questions and bloodwork results
Hello. So my last cycle was 4 years ago (Anavar ), ago, im 29. I have always seemed to suffer with ED and stopped taking steroids because it; whether it dying inside her or not being super hard to go in or simly not functioning properly. However I always wake up with rock solid hard ons etc.

I got my blood work done (I looked in this forum to see what people would recommend).

1) How do my bloods seem? Any of them low/high? Is there anything i can take to increase/decrease?
2) Do I need to get anything else tested have I missed something out?
3) My doctor is sending to me an ED specialist, but apart from viagra/cialis what else can I do about it?

They read as follows (and all of them are followed by the words "No Action":
Serum Testosterone = 11.6 nmol/L (8.60 - 29.00nmol/L)
Serum prolactin level = 237 (<401.00mu/L)
Progesterone = <1.0 nmol/L (then says Day 21 Progesterone >30nmol/L indicates successful ovulation)
Serum oestradiol level = 165 pmol/L (50.00 - 218.oopmol/L)

Please move if this in the wrong sub section.

Thanks

not everyone was born to be a sex maverick and bang thousands of women. also many people just naturally have 'lower' test levels and lower sex drive. wanting to 'fix' things is going down a rabbit hole. that is why we are a nation of over drugged and over medicated people. (pharma companies love this btw) and our current HHS is a former pharma lobbyst LMAO.

having said that there are many reasons you can have ED issues. the main issue on steroids is a lack of blood flow to the penis of course. the reason starts with poor heart health. this is an epidemic and you will rarely find a male or female who has a healthy heart anymore. now you posted bloodwork which is great but your doctors are leading you down the wrong path if they think that the issue is solved the hormonal way. you didn't list your cholesterol, your bp, your resting HR, etc. those are just as important if not more important to know here

the 3rd issue is MENTAL HEALTH. you want to know the best way to get hard? put a hot slut in front of you. if you are stuck in a boring marriage and come home to a nagging wife everyday that will get you softer than anything. i once knew a chick who did not have sex at all in her marriage for 8 straight years! her husband was abusive and an asshole. she finally divorces him and turned into a whore literally overnight. fucking and sucking every guy she could. so don't discount mental health here. and how about porn? if you watch porn and are addicted what do you think will happen when you actually have sex? of course you will have trouble maintaning an erection. all you young guys grew up looking at porn online from you were 10 years old, that is ingrained in your brain. so now when you actually have to have real sex you can't.

i would recommend sex herbs. n2generate ES is a great option and will help you naturally. give that a shot, it will help along with what i mentioned above good luck

In all honesty no one here will give you medical advise or be able to diagnose any underlying condition(s). Listen to your doctor, and if necessary, get a second opinion. A lot of the time it’s mental. It’s happen to most men, myself included.

Good luck bud

This wins the post of the day. LMFAO

So ive been married almost 9 years. And have suffered through some of these issues. first issue probably was that I used steroids way too young and so my test was low. By the time I caught it I was maybe 36. Ok so thats one facet, went on TRT and yes it helped. Next I looked at my overall health, it was shit. My resting heart rate to this day is around 90, used to be 100-105 with really high blood pressure. Lastly was the mental side of things, now I was suffering from Depression, Anxiety and theres been a lot of abuse in my marriage. This also has a huge impact on it.

Being in a difficult relationship, over time will scar your sex drive. I think i went maybe 5-6 years maybe having sex once every few months. I was afraid to fail so of course that killed it instantly. to this day I still get in my own head, its just gonna take time to repair that part of the relationship. Now it shouldnt make you feel better, but when you cant perform women typically take it super bad. So just understand you all are probably feeling the same and just try to start over.

And yes stop watching porn.

If you dont use it you lose it. practice makes perfect.

I dont see anything standing out in bloodwork as a red flag, though there could be other factors like SHBG.

Blood flow may be an issue. That's where cialis can help if that's it.

A lot if sexual function is mental as well. That can only be fixed by yourself

Seriously, no one else noticed that his test levels are low ? Yeah they are in the so called "normal range". But that range is for people aged 18 to 70... you'd expect a 70 year old to be at the lower end, not a 29 year old. I would expect your levels to be atleast 20 or so, not 11.. did you get your free test checked too ?
