    Female anavar log (no replies)

    NO REPLIES PLEASE: I WILL START another thread for questions, comments etc on this LOG. So as to keep this for info/reference.


    12 Week cycle at this stage, if product is dosed correctly and legit I will start on:

    5mg per day, if I start to get the arm pumps by Thursday, I know its somewhat legit and i'll bump the following week up to 10mg per day for say 3 weeks and see how I go. If all is good, I'll bump it up to 15mg, but I dare say I will not need anymore than that. This is purely based on my experience from the only time previously that I had legit VAR (1 out of 5). I had massive forearm pumps within 4 days and strength within 2 weeks, fat loss started at around 4 weeks and growth/hardening at 8 weeks.

    Country: Australia (Victoria)
    45 Year Old Female, 5'7", current weight 90kg (188lbs)
    Mother of 4 children, youngest is 5 years of age.
    I started at the gym 2 years ago wanting to lose body fat and tone.

    Starting: 05 October 2015, I will update daily with workout (exercises and Reps) and Calorie intake.

    GYM was only open for a few hours as it was a public holiday so my nutrient timing was not in SYNC with my workout.

    Total calories: 1500.
    Macros 208g PROTEIN, 128g CARBS, 15g FAT.

    Breakfast 8:00am:
    90g Oats
    40g Protein powder

    Intra Workout 10:30am:
    40g Protein Powder
    20g Maltodextrin

    Post workout 12:30pm:
    40g Protein Powder

    Meal1 3:00pm:
    2 x tins tuna
    70g Rice/Quinoa

    Meal 2 6:00pm:
    2 x tins tuna
    1 cup Broccoli, 1 Cup Leafy Green

    Snack 8:00pm:
    1 cup strawberries

    Bed 10:30pm:
    55g ON Platinum Casein Protein.



    SHOULDERS:
    Front Delts:
    SMITH MACHINE Seated Press 5 Heavy Sets of 3 REPS each
    DB Seated Press 22Kg x 8 x 5.

    Rear Delts:
    Bent over DB rows 20kg x 10
    Cable Face pulls with Rope x 5 sets

    Side Delts:
    Seated DB Flys 10kg x 8 x 5.

    Flat BB bench:
    65kg x 10 x 5

    HIIT Cardio Treadmill 5 minute warmup, 30 secs on 30 secs off 15km/h for 15 minutes, walk for 10 mins (Done).

    GOALS are:
    Lose body fat,
    get a bikini body before I am unable to do so.

    But the biggest hurdle is getting strong as well as lean. I find it difficult to just go to the gym and lift light weights and leave in 30 minutes.

    I LOVE lifting weights.

    7 Hours later: Squats 3 Heavy sets, 3 Hi Rep Sets.


    HIIT Cardio Treadmill 5 minute warmup, 30 secs on 30 secs off 15km/h for 15 minutes, walk for 10 mins (Done).

    Haven't started the Anavar yet only arrived yesterday, not what was expected so in communication with the supplier for a resolution.
