Goblet squats with resistance bands around thighs 5x10
DB RDLs with resistance bands 5x10

Core work with a lot of bridges, boat poses and deadbugs for 20 minutes.
Foam roller and neck stretches x 30min

2200 calories 110P 250C 78F

Are the weights in kilos?

Worked from home. Took my lunch break to walk the dogs and foam rolled 2x15min.

2hours of nogi class. It was packed but I had really good rolls. Getting complaints about my upper body strength is always great.

Wrote down my cardio plan for my upcoming cuts and tournaments. Thos will suck hard.

April 8 @ 130lbs
April 23 @ 60kg for ADCC
August 29 - gi worlds in Las Vegas @ 141lbs.

How should I plan my cycles ? I have 2-4 weeks left on anavar and 6-8 weeks on S4 and GW.

Bad wrist pain while benching. Not sure what's up.

Bench press 50x5, 60x5, 70x3, 90x5, 100x3, 110x3
Incline DB bench press 25x12x5
Cable rows (supinated grip) 65x10x5

Core work x 20min
