Really tired this week. Mentally draining week. Never enough food and coffee.

Snack 1 - coconut cream and coffee, 2c sweet cherries
Snack 2 - 2oz tamari almonds, 1c dehydrated chickpeas
Lunch - ramen and 2c of added broccoli in broth
Dinner - not even sure I feel like drowning myself in a hot tub 😂
