    Really tired this week. Mentally draining week. Never enough food and coffee.

    Last day of deload. Had packed all my gear to wrestle but I just need to sleep.

    OHP 45x5x2, 55x5
    Deadlifts 80x5, 95x5, 115x5
    Chinups x 50
    Ab wheel 5x10

    Conditioning:
    Row x 2min
    KB swings x 20
    Row x 2min
    1-arm DB snatch x 10 per arm

    Repeat x 20min

    Breakfast - overnight oats, protein, chia seeds, almond milk, strawberries
    Snack 1 - coconut cream and coffee, 2c sweet cherries
    Snack 2 - 2oz tamari almonds, 1c dehydrated chickpeas
    Lunch - ramen and 2c of added broccoli in broth
    Dinner - not even sure I feel like drowning myself in a hot tub 😂

    I'm like this in the last 7-10 days pre competition. I rest the last 4 days to get fully recovered

    I think it's the sharp weather contrast as well. I find coaching to he also very draining.

    have you considered upping food intake? seems you're really low calorie imo maybe at least add some fish oil or coconut oil in there
