MARCH 26

Training :
2 hours of BJJ gi class
10min core work

Diet :
Meal 1 - coffee with 10% cream, 2c of grapes
Meal 2 - 3 toasts with butter, 1c baked beans
Meal 3 - romaine salad with homemade dressing, leftover veggies, mozza cheese and seitan
Snack - social tea crackers (yes, with tea - I'm an old lady what can I say)

Supplements :
B complex, vitamin D, omega 3, taurine, magnesium citrate, creatine

Weekly planning :
2 classes of BJJ nogi, 2 classes of wrestling, 1 hard conditioning workout with a private coach and 2 deload workouts

B2. Flat DB bench press 30x12x5
90min nogi rounds

Meal 1 - coffee with 10% cream, 1 kashi bar, 1 apple
Meal 2 - chickpea curry, 1 naan bread
Snack 1 tamari almonds, carrots
Snack 2 - homemade muffin

Supplements :
B complex, vitamin D, omega 3, taurine, magnesium citrate, creatine

Meal 1 : beans and toasts, grapes, heavy cream in coffee
Meal 2 : homemade tomato soup, crackers, mozza cheese, vegetables
Meal 3 : banana and dark chocolate

Had a 90min deep tissue massage this morning. My neck and shoulder blades feel like new.

Ate a bit crappy, but not really. Really behind on my menstrual cycle (possible side effects) and it's fucking up my hormones and feeling and craving.

4 weeks out starting tomorrow. The Judo federation nutritionist gave me a diet plan. Hopefully I won't need to play with water levels for ADCC.
