Answering to posts and questions : no tournament coming up, by choice. Good time to recover and train and buuld my body back up for a solid 4-5 months.
Another month of recovery and time-off post cycle and then I will start my lean bulk with Rad140 and MK667 for 10-12 weeks.
Berries are way too expensive to buy fresh. Frozen are consistently good. I like to buy the ugly ones - some companies sell imperfect frozen fruits. Chia seeds, I buy the organic gigantic bag at Costco. Price can't be beaten.
A lot of snacking today as I drove for at least 4 hours between various places. I ate alot, north of 4000 calories.
