Meal 3 - homemade pumpkin/quinoa/black bean chili, saltine crackers, cheddar cheese
Snack - craisins, granola bar, protein bar

Water intake : 5L
Supplements : magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine

Training :
Bjj gi x 90min

Meal 2 - ramen,2cups vegetables, 1c seitan
Meal 3 - smoothie (isolates, frozen berries, lemon juice, almond milk)
Snack - granola bar, apple, social tea cookies, full fat balkan yogurt

Water intake : 5L
Supplements : magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine

Training :
Workout @ 10pm haha unlocked the gym for a quickie

Squats 70x5, 90x5, 105x3, 115x5, 130x5, 145x5
A1. Seated leg curls 77x20x5
A2. gymnast tucks from dip bars 3x15
A3. cable woodchops 30x10x2 per side

Squats felt sooo heavy.

Notes :
Answering to posts and questions : no tournament coming up, by choice. Good time to recover and train and buuld my body back up for a solid 4-5 months.
Another month of recovery and time-off post cycle and then I will start my lean bulk with Rad140 and MK667 for 10-12 weeks.

Berries are way too expensive to buy fresh. Frozen are consistently good. I like to buy the ugly ones - some companies sell imperfect frozen fruits. Chia seeds, I buy the organic gigantic bag at Costco. Price can't be beaten.

A lot of snacking today as I drove for at least 4 hours between various places. I ate alot, north of 4000 calories.

@rememberTHE5 yes its best to take time rest and recover, you had a few tournaments back to back almost, its time to rest and recomp a bit too
 
I’d say it takes a while to recover as hard as you go.

Snack - protein bar, apple
